Ingredients

  • 1/2 raw chicken breast diced
  • 3 large potatoes, diced
  • Two medium tomatoes, diced
  • Four stalks of finely chopped long onion
  • 3 heads of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • A diced carrot
  • A cup of mixed vegetables (beans, peas, corn, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1. Add

In a large pot, put a splash of oil and add the onion, garlic, tomato, celery, carrot, potato and salt to your liking. Stir continuously to fry the mixture. When you see that this stew begins to release its aromas, add the chicken breast. Put as much water as you want, taking into account the portions you want to take out.

Step 2. Boil
