Every architectural project, renewal, construction and design, goes through different stages; and the term Black work, Gray work and Black work It will always be present. Knowing its meaning is important and more if you are looking to acquire a home or renew a property. In AD we tell you the difference between these three terms.
Black work
Refers to First phase of the project where the actions of delimitation of the area of construction, excavation, leveling and foundation are carried out, until the external work ended with all its structural details such as: Walls, slabs, ceilings and Main pipes. In this step the project is not yet habitable and much of the final details are missing.
