There is magic in our dreams
Maybe you've ever noticed that some of your dreams come true, or maybe you've noticed that dreams give you answers that you might not have found otherwise.
Some of us are born dreamers, while others have no interest in dreams. But for those who seek solitude in their sleeping time, we often wonder how can we have more of those memorable and incredible dreams that shake us to our core?
There are actually quite a few simple ways to induce sleep, as well as intensify and clarify your dreams.
I have spent my entire life constantly intrigued by dreaming and I have had many lucid dreams. I've found some smart ways to achieve the kind of sleep that might help you.
Amethyst
Crystals and stones for dreams 😴
One of the easiest things to do to induce or intensify your dreams is to purchase and use certain crystals and stones.
They are quite cheap to buy and it does not need to be a huge and elaborate stone, a small one will do the trick.
For the last ten years, I have always worn one stone in particular… amethyst. Amethyst is a purple crystal that protects its wearer from nightmares and also connects with intuition.
If you already have your amethyst, there are several ways you can use it to induce sleep:
- Place the stone on the pillowcase.
- Place it on your nightstand next to your bed.
- Hang it on the headboard of your bed.
- Place it between the mattress and the box spring.
You can follow these methods with other crystals or stones of your choice. Actually any crystal related to the third eye chakra or crown chakra is a good stone to induce or intensify dreams.

Herbs have many purposes, including culinary and medicinal use. Do you know that you can use herbs for energy purposes?
Many herbs have properties that will help you induce or intensify dreams.
The aroma, chemicals, and vitamins in certain herbs can help achieve a night of clear, lucid dreams.

How do we use herbs to have magical dreams?
Well, once we have the herbs of our choice, how do we do with it to help increase your dreams?
Well let's look at some options:
- We can make a pillow filled with herbs
- Prepare an herb-infused oil and rub it on your third eye before sleeping.
- Take a herbal bath before bed.
- Drink an herbal tea such as mugwort and mint before going to bed.
- Hang a bag of herbs on your headboard.
How to increase your dream recall
A big part of increasing your dream recall is directly related to simply remembering your dreams in the morning.
Every night, each of us has more than one dream, it's just that most of us don't remember those dreams when we wake up.
There is a very simple way to increase your dream recall and therefore increase your number of dreams and it is simply to keep a record of your dreams.
This seems time-consuming, but it's not as complicated as what you might be thinking.
- Take a notebook or notebook of any type.
- Place your dream memory journal and a pen next to your bed.
- When you wake up, immediately write down everything you remember from your dream (even if you don't remember the dream, write down your thoughts/feelings when you wake up)
- Continue doing this daily.
Once you've been recording your dreams for about a month, you'll start to remember more and more dreams each night.
Some people can remember up to five dreams in one night!
Obviously, if you can build a better memory of your dreams, it means that you will have an increasing number of dreams.
