Ingredients

  • One and a half cup of rice
  • 4 wells of beef broth
  • 1 pound pork rib
  • 1/2 chicken breast cut into squares
  • Two sliced ​​sausages
  • Three diced tomatoes
  • Two potatoes cut into slices
  • 1 big onion diced
  • 3 stalks of long onion finely chopped
  • three cloves of garlic
  • 1 small package of chopped vegetables
  • Boiled eggs
  • Cilantro
  • Cumin, color and pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1. Marinate

Pour the rib in a bowl and add color, pepper and salt. Integrate the spices into the meat with your hands. Now, take it to the pressure cooker with plenty of water and let it cook for about 30 minutes there. Once they are well cooked, take them out, cut them into large pieces and reserve the broth because you will need it later.

Step 2. Make stew

Pour a splash of oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and tomato, adding a little color, salt and cumin; Stir very well until integrated and cover to cook. Now, in another large pot, put a little oil and start frying the chorizos there until they are golden brown. In that same oil, fry the chicken pieces and season with color, salt and pepper. Let it seal and remove the Breast. Finally, in that same fat, seal the ribs for about 3 minutes and at once add the chorizo, the chicken, the stew you made and the package of vegetables. Mix everything very well so that the flavors integrate perfectly.

Step 3. Add rice

Add the raw rice to this preparation and pour the 4 wells of meat broth (which you reserved in step 1) at once, mixing so that all the rice is hydrated. At this point, taste if it’s okay with salt. Once the rice is drying, put the potato slices on it so that they cook and stir everything. Cover the rice pot when you see that it is almost dry and lower the heat so that it cooks until the grains are open.

Step 4. Serve
