- SALT: A handful of sea salt (you can use common table salt too). They are approximately 50 grams.
- GROUND BLACK PEPPER: The SAME amount of salt that you used. If you do not have the ground pepper, you can grind the grains until you have a powder.
- LEMON PEEL: A pinch of the zest (filing) from the peel of a lemon 🍋
