Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 50 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sandwich
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 80 milliliters of milk (⅓ cup)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 500 milliliters of sunflower oil

Preparation

Step 1. Peel, cut the banana and fry it

Cut the banana into medium portions and fry the pieces in oil at medium temperature. Take them out when they have taken on a golden hue.

Step 2. Step on the banana and put the cheese and the sandwich in the center

Step on the banana as if it were a patacón. Do it with the help of plastic to prevent it from sticking. After this, fill it with the sandwich and cheese.
