Ingredients

  • 350 ml whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of raspberry (or the fruit you prefer)

Preparation

Step 1. Cook

The first thing you should do is put the raspberry (or your favorite fruit) in a pan along with 50 grams of sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken (almost to the point of jam). In another pot, pour the cream or whipping cream and add 150 grams of sugar and take it to the stove over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, without allowing it to boil. Remove this cream from the heat and add the raspberry mixture right there. Stir these ingredients well so that they come together perfectly.

Step 2. Refrigerate

Pour this mixture into any container you have, cover it and take it to the fridge for two hours. After this time, take out the ice cream (which will not be frozen yet) and pour it into another container. Beat this mixture with the help of an automatic mixer for about 5 minutes.
