On the occasion of Women’s Day Worldwide, Sigma 2 carried out a survey for the newspaper El Planeta to understand in depth how women feel in today’s society. Discrimination, salary disparity, job insecurity and the amounts of sexist cruelty were several of the issues addressed.
Much more than half of the respondents (50.8%) do not recognize themselves as feminists, compared to 43.1% who do. However, what is most striking is that only 46.8% of women consider themselves this way, while 48.5% predominate and 4.5% do not know or do not respond. Among those who think of themselves as feminists are, above all, young women (51.3%).
