A 2015 journal noted that fresh garlic extract exhibited significant inhibition properties against MRSA. Fresh garlic extract can also be used to reduce antibiotic resistance of S. aureus and other bacterial strains. This ability was attributed to ‘diallyl sulfide’, a compound found in garlic extract.

This compound provides powerful protective activity against MRSA by affecting the distribution of the pathogen and by boost immune system.

recommendations

Shower immediately after working in wet conditions or exercising.

Wash your hands frequently with hand sanitizer, and then dry them with a disposable towel.

Always keep wounds and cuts clean, no matter how small or trivial.

Keep wounds covered; otherwise the infection will increase.

Keep your surroundings clean. Use a homemade disinfectant to do what is necessary.

Wash bedding and towels in the hottest water setting on your washing machine and, when possible, dry them in the sun.

Disinfect surfaces and clothing that have been in contact with an infected person.

Eat a healthy diet rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.

Do not use the infected person’s towel.

Don’t touch the sores.

Do not go to public places like gyms, swimming pools, etc.

Do not share your personal items with other people (this can spread the infection).

Strictly avoid refined sugar and alcohol, as both are responsible for suppressing the functions performed by the immune system.

According to experts, consuming about 8 tablespoons of table sugar in combination with about 2 cans of soda is enough to reduce the ability of various white blood cells to kill various germs by about 40 percent. On the other hand, consuming three glasses or even more of alcohol reduces the ability of white blood cells to multiply and therefore cause damage to the immune system.
