1. Have a glass of water on the desk

3. Don’t count calories, count colors

A healthy diet is not one that reduces food, but one that diversifies it. Instead of worrying about the quantity of what you eat, worry about its variety. The more colors from different foods on your plate, the more nutritious your food will be.

4. Recognize when your hunger is emotional
