What is the difference between natural and legal person?

Basically, every human being is an individual and companies are legal entities. In the Civil Code, there are many differences between the two terms, both regarding the definition and regarding rights and duties. According to lawyer Carolina Defilippi, everyone is considered PF at birth, even if they don’t have a CPF, the Federal Revenue registration. The PJ is a set of people or goods created in accordance with the law and with a purpose – which can be administration, provision of services, production or commercialization of products.

There is always a natural person responsible for the legal entity and, in some cases, the individual may be responsible for problems in the company
