Why is one testicle lower than the other?

See for yourself: looking from above, normally the left is lower than the right. This occurs because of the difference between the cords that support the testicles. Both are formed by blood vessels, nerves and muscle, but the cord on the left side is lower than the right. Also, don’t be alarmed when you realize that in certain situations the testicles shrink or “let go”. During sex, the scrotum tends to get tighter and higher. Cold and heat also interfere with this movement, as the body has a mechanism to maintain a constant temperature (see chart). Despite being highly innervated, the testicles are not the most sensitive region of the male genital system. The glans (or head of the penis) is the part that has the most nerve endings in the male genital organ. Fragility has its advantages. Because it is very sensitive, the correct touch of the glans can bring a lot of pleasure to the man. In one thing, glans and testicles are similar: sudden shocks in these areas are usually ultra-painful.

Position of the testicles is directly related to temperature

normal situation

The left testicle tends to be lower than the right because of the differences in the cords that support them.

Hot days

The scrotal sac is more relaxed, leaving the testicles further away from the body to reduce the temperature, which must be constant

Cold days

The scrotum contracts, bringing the testicles closer to the body so they stay warm (and mature)

during sex

The scrotum becomes tighter and raised because of tension.
