Throughout history, mirrors have been present at all times. They are elements that contain more than one mystery and many legends. The exact moment of appearance of the mirrors is not known, however, its history is linked to stories, fables and legends. These affirm that, in all civilizations, in all ages and on all continents, simple, ornate, small, large mirrors have been found and even public halls are adorned with them.
The most curious are the so-called «magic mirrors» which are black mirrors made with obsidian and that they have been related to magic. In Egypt, in very remote times, the priests celebrated a ritual at dawn, in which the sun’s rays were reflected by a mirror of polished gold, which allowed them to divine the future.
According to beliefs, the reptilians, alleged beings with humanoid features and reptilian appearance, who are not reflected in mirrors, used mirrors as a means of transportation to move from one place to another, hence the mirrors are considered as dimensional portals. Likewise, it is stated that when these dimensional portals are openedthese are free for the transit of any type of entitywhether they are reptilians or spirits.
It is said that there are two ways to open the dimensional portals, one of them natural and the other artificial. The natural way is through the energy of each person and the artificial way through technology, such as the quantum leap portal and the hadron collider, which is a particle accelerator for nuclear research, which it secretly intended to open a permanent dimensional portal with unpredictable consequences.
It is possible that you can unconsciously open a dimensional portal through gestures and movements made with your body and hands in front of a mirror, allowing the passage of energies from one side of the dimensions to the other, an action that can be dangerous if you do not know how to handle them, therefore it is not recommended to have a mirror in your room and if you have it, avoid placing it in front of you while you sleep.
In the Jewish religion, when someone dies in a house, they usually cover the mirrors while the shiváh or mourning lasts, which lasts for seven days, since they say that, if the mirrors are not properly covered, the spirit of the deceased will be trapped in the mirrors without being able to cross the threshold to the afterlife.
Other cultures say that mirrors in the house should be covered at night to protect people while they sleep and to prevent dreamers’ souls from being trapped in one of them.
On the other hand, psychics claim that having a mirror in a dark room will cause an unwanted door to open. And seeing yourself reflected in a mirror by candlelight is risky since it will show your reflection and that of the entities in the place, so it is advisable to be cautious.
