Potato Pie Ingredients
1 kilo of potatoes
½ kilo minced meat
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
6 hard boiled eggs
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation of potato cake
- The first thing is to cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in salted water.
- Then you have to chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
- Once the above is ready, you are going to heat the oil in a pot or in a frying pan to fry the three ingredients, that is, the onion, the pepper and the garlic.
- Once the onion is transparent, you have to add the meat and fry it until it falls apart with a spoon and is well distributed.
- When the meat is ready, season with salt and pepper and then add the bouillon cube, the garlic powder, the paprika and cook for about 15 minutes.
- When the potatoes are boiled, make a puree hot, adding the butter and milk.
- When the puree is ready you have to put a base of it in a baking dish, and on top you make a layer of meat, add the olives, the raisins and the hard-boiled egg cut into halves, and wait a moment for it to warm up and add another layer of puree to cover the meat.
