A quick, easy, and surprisingly delicious vegan pick-me-up that makes the most of raw superfoods and protein-rich soy.

You’ll love the mild sweetness of the banana, but if you want it sweeter you can add sugar.

Most of us know how good the spinach to health. But let’s be honest, nobody wants to eat nothing but spinach salad every day.

Ingredients

1 cup plain soy milk

¾ cup of leaves spinach packaged fresh

1 large banana, sliced

Preparation

Blend soy milk and spinach leaves in a blender until smooth.

Add the banana and pulse until well blended.

Ideas

If you wish, you can substitute plain soy milk for vanilla for the almond milk.
