Classic New Year’s Eve Recipe: Ponche a la romana

In Chile we like to mix ice cream with liqueurs, from the Earthquake with which we celebrate the eighteenth to the traditional Ponche a la romana with which we say goodbye to the year.

The Roman pineapple punch is the flavor that has always been felt in the houses when we get together to leave the year that is leaving us and welcome the new year with all. And although it was originally made with meringue, we Chileans like it with ice cream.

And since we know that this 2020 is a year that we want to leave behind, we believe that the best way is with this delicious recipe.
