Ingredients:
1 small onion, diced, ¼ cup small chopped celery, 1 tablespoon oil, ¼ teaspoon chili pepper, cumin, ground oregano. 1.5 liters of hot water, 1 bay leaf, a sprig of cilantro and/or parsley, 2 carrots, 2 zucchini, 3 large potatoes, 1 cup of diced pumpkin, 1 cup of spinach leaves, salt and pepper comfortable.
Preparation:
Chop the carrots, zucchini and potatoes into pieces of 1cm approx. Chop the spinach into small pieces. Reserve all the vegetables.
In a large pot, heat the oil and add the onion along with the celery, cook until the vegetables are soft and the onion is transparent. Cook for 20 minutes over medium low heat or until the vegetables are soft. Remove the bay leaf and coriander sprig. Add the chopped spinach leaves, cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
½ onion, 2 carrots, 1 kilo of pumpkin, 1 paprika, 1 clove of garlic, Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Put a tablespoon of oil in a pot, put garlic to taste and the onion, fry a little (onion without chopping). Then place the rest of the vegetables at the bottom and put water up to half and salt to taste.
