When I am normally on the computer, the cmd.exe window opens and then Avast appears saying that a threat has been detected that is in the msiexec.exe process, but a URL appears that is http://refreshnerer1309.info/P3y8vye9dfN.5n3
and it says «We have safely aborted refreshnerer1309.info’s connection because it was infected by a URL:Bad»
and that comes out even when I have nothing open
I have analyzed the notebook hundreds of times and even the boot analysis, and still it keeps appearing suddenly
It is Windows 10 Home Single 64 bit

Apparently Avast! manages to detect the virus, but not remove it. In these cases, if you have already tried to clean the computer from boot, I suggest you try antispyware.
The spybot search and destroy and the Malwarebytes, both are excellent, the second one is paid, but it has a couple of trial days. Clean the computer with these.
If the virus still appears, in this case you may want to install another antivirus. Of course you will have to uninstall Avast, because it is not recommended to have two active antiviruses on the system.
