WHAT IS LOCAL DISC C?

The local hard drive C, refers to the main hard drive of the computer, since it is usually assigned the letter C as a drive. It is «local» because it belongs to the computer, it is not accessed through a network.
In general, drives A and B are used for floppy drives, C for the main hard drive and the rest of the letters for other hard drives, optical disc drives (CDs, DVDs…), etc.
