This is an error that can appear when you start the computer, at the time it is loading.
What it means is that there is more current going to a USB port than it should, according to some sources, but others indicate that in this case USB stands for «united supply battery», and would indicate that the BIOS battery lacks power. Probably you have to change the internal battery located on the motherboard because it no longer works.

General solutions
Other sources consulted indicate that this error is generally due to a physical problem internal to the computer: badly connected or unplugged cables, a short on the motherboard, specific problems with the computer’s USB ports, etc.
As I was reading in different articles and forums on the internet, people solved this error in different ways. I leave the most important here:
– Change USB port peripherals. These can get damaged and you should change them.
– Open the computer case (turned off and unplugged) and check that all connections are firm and that nothing is disconnected. Also do a general cleaning with a soft brush.
– A user of a forum said that in his case a «mini data cable» had been disconnected, I don’t know specifically which one he means, he didn’t specify.
– Another website says that you should control what you connect to the USB ports, «because any contact with metal could cause a short circuit (for example, it happened to me that a Pen Drive had a slightly crooked pin and made contact with another making a short circuit)».
So I suggest you unplug any devices connected to the USB ports and try to see if this fixes your problem. If this is the case, you will need to detect which is the problematic port/device.
– Check inside the cabinet on the motherboard and the usb ports also that the pins are correct, that none have been bent and make contact with each other.

By disconnecting the USB ports we can try which one is causing this problem and leave it disconnected or change it definitively.

HELLO THIS SOLUTION IS ACCEPTED I HAVE ALREADY REPAIRED SEVERAL COMPUTERS WITH THIS PROBLEM, I HAVE READ SEVERAL COMMENTS THAT THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED CABLES, USB PORTS, AND MORE… BUT MOST OF THE TIMES IT IS NOT SOLVED… THEN THE SOLUTION IS TO DISCONNECT TWO SMALL CMD COMPONENTS OF THE BOARD THAT COME IN SHORT CIRCUIT I TRULY SAY IT THIS IS THE SOLUTION
