A study done in Belgium demonstrated the interests and behavior of many men and women in Tinder and the result is obvious.
Tinder is currently the most famous application to find a partner and for this reason they decided to analyze what most attracts the attention of the users who use it.
The Dutch Doctor of Economic Sciences from the University of Ghent (Belgium) Stijn Baert Along with some of their students, they evaluated the behavior of 3,600 profiles and found interesting data.
The most important conclusion is that women show a greater preference for those men who have higher education, over physical attractiveness. On the contrary, to them they’re not interested in it so much that aspect, because they feel intimidated by those who are professionals.

How did you come to the conclusion of what men and women notice on Tinder?
The experts created 24 profiles from different cities in Belgium, 12 women and 12 men with similar characteristics, some studies related to the Business Administration, some with bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate degrees.
The age was for all of 23 years and the images to create the profiles and names were styled according to what was popular in Belgium in 1995.
For the researchers, possibly what men and women notice on Tinder has to do with the fact that they are looking for a man, perhaps with intellectual potential and who has a higher status, unlike men who do not pay so much attention to this aspect and let themselves go more for the physical aspect.
In short, this result is very different from what ordinary people think that Tinder is only about spectacular faces and bodies.
