The imitator of Ricardo Arjona from Yo Me Llamo has caused all kinds of comments on social networks; this due to his reprehensible behavior during the preparation of his presentation.
At the end of Ricardo Arjona’s presentation, Valerie Dominguez decided to interrupt one of the jurors, just to show them what had happened minutes before in the dressing room; reason why Amparo Grisales was furious.
Ricardo Arjona’s tantrum from My Name
Since the beginning of the program, the Argentine contestant has been one of the favorites, both of the jury and the public; however, this favoritism was affected after her last performance.
At the end of his song, the imitator was about to listen to the jury’s feedback, as usual, but this was suddenly interrupted by Valerie Domínguez.
The presenter stopped them to be able to show them what had happened minutes before in the dressing room between Arjona, her teacher and her own classmates.
Camilo Cifuentes, one of the teachers at Yo Me Llamo’s school, suggested that he wear a long wig, which would allow him to get closer to the character in past times and thus make his presentation more successful.
However, the contestant did not allow the extensions to continue, he was filled with anger and made a real scene. In the midst of his fury, he launched several phrases such as «I look like a dead cat», «I look like ‘Pedro el escamoso'» and «if they kick me out I’ll be proud».
As expected, the jury did not see Arjona’s actions favorably; Amparo Grisales told him that he had been rude and haughty, and also described his presentation as disappointing. Jessi Uribe not only spoke about his attitude, as she pointed out that on a musical level «he didn’t hit a single note.»
Finally, Cesar Escóla maintained that the program was on one side and Arjona on the other. “This is a game and you want to make your own rules of the game. It’s going to be bad for you.»
