Ingredients
- 1/4 of almonds
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 pound mushrooms
- 1 tuna fillet of 250 gr
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1: Toast the almonds
Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and toast the almonds until golden brown.
Step 2: Cut the mushrooms and the apple
Cut the mushrooms and the apple into slices, place them in a pan with olive oil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
