Step 2. Mix

Now, pour oil into a pot or pan and when it has taken temperature, pour the finely chopped big-headed onion, green onion and finely chopped garlic, letting it cook for two minutes. Then add finely chopped tomato and cook until the tomato is soft. Add the cumin, color and add the shredded meat, stirring very well so that all the ingredients come together.
