- 200 g of cooked chickpeas
- 50g cooked beetroot
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tagine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2g cumin
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Pour ingredients
Put all the ingredients (chickpeas, beets, olive oil, tagine, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper) in a blender or blender glass.
Step 2. Add water
Add a little water to give it a smoother consistency.
