The benefits of sleeping on a «spoon»

According to a study indicates that sleeping together has several health benefits, but that’s not all.

Scientists say that those who sleep with someone in the same bed sleep better, are happier, healthier and live longer. By sleeping with a partner, an intimate relationship is established that fosters positive feelings, if it is done in «teaspoon»better, because there is more physical and of course, emotional approach.

A study carried out in the United Kingdom revealed that of a thousand respondents, 57 percent slept with their partners totally naked and reported the higher happiness levels.
