Ingredients
- 400 ml of buttermilk (if you do not have it, in the step by step we will teach you how to prepare it)
- 2 eggs
- 8 pieces of chicken (use the ones you like best: wings, legs, haunches)
- 250 grams of flour
- two teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon basil
- a teaspoon of oregano
- a teaspoon of cumin
- Half tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- Two tablespoons of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of garlic salt
- One tablespoon of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon white pepper

Step 1 (Optional) Make the serum
You may be able to get buttermilk in large supermarkets, but if you can’t, we’ll show you how to do it expressly: mix milk with lemon juice in a proportion of approximately 250 ml of milk and 20 ml of lemon juice. Beat the mixture with a spoon, leaving it at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. After this time you can use it.
