The multi-awarded Italian artist Laura Pausini has released her new album called “Silmilares” in its Spanish version, after her albums “Inédito” and “20 Grandes Éxitos”.
Similar is a word that I adore and today its meaning is very close to my heart. Almost the same, but different… we have all been created in the same way and we have to learn to appreciate those “splendid differences”
The album includes 15 songs and is the first album composed by Laura Pausino after the birth of her daughter, and perfectly reflects – more than any other album of his career – the happiest and most positive personal and professional phase of your life.
His first single is titled «Right Side of the Heart»which premiered on September 25, 2015. Of the 15 songs, 12 have been defined as “SIMILAR” and three “+ Similar”to emphasize that the last three songs are tied to Laura’s most intimate side including: “A Ella Le Debo Mi Amor”, dedicated to her daughter, composed by her friend, the composer Biagi Antonaccinamed by Laura as «the poet of the heart». Laura performs this beautiful lullaby accompanied by her partner Paolo Carta on guitar and the unexpected participation of her little girl Paola de ella: «This is the original demo of the song, which remained as it originated to maintain the spontaneity of that special moment»Laura expressed.
«SIMILAR» has been produced by some of the biggest producers in the world of music including: Rik Simpson, Davide Rossi, Paolo Carta, Steve Power, Julio Reyes Copello and Printz Board.
For the worldwide release of “SIMILARES”, Laura decided to create videos for each of the songs included on the album. the short film (directed by Leandro Manuel Emede and Nicolò Cerioni for Sugarkane with Laura)filmed in the city of Miami and in his native Italy, is a story told through images, affecting 15 different worlds, each of them a mirror and a metaphor of an individual song.
