A survey carried out by the HSBC bank set out to ask 5,000 travelers questions related to their experiences during the flight, from there came quite interesting results 14 percent have made long-term friendships and 51 percent have had a conversation with a stranger. One of them is Buckle Up, which allows passengers to chat without the need for internet. Another is TourBar, specially developed to find dates between travelers. This application allows users to chat with each other, once they have made a ‘match’. On the other hand, there is the application AirTrip allows travelers to connect with people from 200 countries and regions. It includes the option to translate messages from one language to another and to send gifts.
