Before we begin to tell you what this regimen is all about, we have to make an important clarification: It is a very restrictive diet.so it can cause the undesirable yo-yo effect.

This is the apple diet
It is generally recommended do this diet only for a weekno more than five days.
Day one
Some recommend eating only apples throughout the day, however, we know that this would be very irresponsible, as it could trigger a decompensation, therefore, we give you an adapted menu.
- Breakfast: Oatmeal with diced red apple and a warm egg.
- Snack: A small-sized green apple.
- Lunch: A portion of grilled chicken breast and green apple salad with lettuce.
- Snack: A small caliber red apple and a cup of green tea.
- Food: Prepare a salad with a variety of lettuces, pieces of grilled chicken and julienned yellow apples.
- Late Night: Just before going to sleep, drink half a cup of Creole apple water.
Day two
- Breakfast: Whole grain cereal with a cup of diced red apple and a dollop of country cheese.
- Snack: A small-sized green apple and a yogurt without sweet.
- Lunch: A portion of grilled white fish, a slice of wholemeal bread and lettuce salad with green tomato.
- Snack: A small caliber yellow apple and a cup of green tea.
- Food: A salad of lettuce, green tomato, green apple and tuna in water.
- Late Night: Half a cup of Creole apple water.
Day Three
- Breakfast: A red apple, a boiled egg and a slice of whole wheat bread.
- Snack: Plain nonfat yogurt with a cup of diced yellow apple.
- Lunch: A piece of boiled chicken, a medium white arepa (not stuffed) and lettuce salad with an avocado.
- Snack: A small caliber green apple and a cup of green tea.
- Food: Make yourself a spinach salad with red apple and a dollop of bocconcini cheese.
- Late Night: Half a cup of Creole apple water.
Day four
- Breakfast: Almond milk, red apple and avocado smoothie. Accompany it with three whole wheat crackers (not sweet).
- Snack: A yellow apple and a portion of mozzarella cheese.
- Lunch: Sautéed vegetables with chunky chicken breast and 3/4 cup brown rice.
- Snack: A small caliber green apple and a cup of green tea.
- Food: Prepare a wrap with lettuce, red tomato, green apple and grilled chicken breast.
- Late Night: Half a cup of Creole apple water.
Day five, the last of the apple diet
- Breakfast: A red apple, three slices of turkey ham and two slices of whole wheat bread.
- Snack: A green apple cut into pieces and a handful of almonds.
- Lunch: Vegetable soup with shredded chicken and a packet of whole grain crackers.
- Snack: A small caliber green apple and a cup of green tea.
- Food: A serving of grilled salmon accompanied by broccoli, asparagus or other boiled vegetables and a salty potato about half the diameter of your clenched fist.
- Late Night: Half a cup of Creole apple water.
