Dad is branded a pedophile for posting a photo on Facebook in which he bathed with his little daughter.
It is a thorny and controversial subject. Some people are blunt and say that no father should bathe his daughter, while for others it is the most natural thing in the world. The father in the next photo learned the hard way that people can judge without regard in social networks.
This is the Danish comedian Torben Chris, who after posting on his Facebook a photo in which he appeared bathing with his little daughter, Just two years old, he was accused of pedophilia. In the image, both are submerged in the water, playing with foam letters.
Although the photo received 65,000 «likes», according to the British newspaper The Sun, there was a lot of criticism; for example, Bari Balo Bicen wrote: «Put on some underwear my friend, what good is it for your daughter to see your genitals?»
“There is nothing wrong with a father washing his daughter’s vagina when she is still a child. On the contrary, it is very bad if no one does it, and unfair if only the mother does it”the grieving dad defended himself on his Facebook page.
At Vibra we consulted with the psychologist André Didyme-Dome, who explained to us that up to a certain age, 8 or 9 years old (preadolescence) there is no problemand added: «The body is something natural, many times it is adults who put malice on it and children do not.»
