This test in particular had the oil as the protagonist and consisted of preparing a sauce, deep frying and finally a batter or breading, each one in stages, so speed was vital, taking into account the necessary cooking points.

After numerous returns to their stations and the preparation of different foods, finally the first to manage to climb to the balcony was the charismatic Colombian motorcyclist and competitor Tatán Mejía, who quickly resolved each situation.
