5 desserts allowed by the nutritionist when you are on a diet

Yogurt with fruits: Rich in fiber and protein, this dessert is delicious and very easy to make. You should only have one recommendation, and that is to control the size of the portions, which is a maximum of half a cup of fruit, with low-fat and light yogurt.

Homemade cookies: You can make them from oatmeal with seeds like almonds. Prepare them by replacing sugar with calorie-free sweeteners (for cooking) and including wheat bran in the ingredients, so that the cookies are whole grain.

Cereal bars: These bars are very healthy, because they have fiber, however, you should limit their amount and chew them slowly to calm anxiety.

Chocolate fruits: Ideally, you should use strawberries for this dessert, as they are one of the fruits with the fewest calories per serving (although you can use the ones you prefer).
