Hello Miracles. I’ll do the calculations for you taking into account the traditional units of computer science (which is most likely what they are asking you for in school):

1024 MB is 1 GB, so 2048 MB is 2 GB.

512MB = 0.5GB.

This is taking the traditional storage units, such as those used by Windows.

Taking the new units that Wikipedia uses

Then there is the proposal as a replacement, used in Wikipedia and in some applications, but which is not yet widely accepted (although they are more correct from the point of view of the use of the prefixes giga, mega, etc.):

2GB equals 2000MB
Whereas 2 GiB is equal to 2048 MiB

They probably aren’t asking you to use these units.
