When we think about making a change in our lives, we always believe that it will be “NOW”, however, everything is done step by step and this is a good way to do it, little by little you can break the routine, after a month you will realize account of the changes.
Body and habits: week 1
1. Get up early! We recommend that your day starts at 6 in the morning. This way you can get time for yourself and you will have left over. There are several advantages of this schedule, the silence that you can feel at this time of the morning will help you to concentrate on yourself and your personal matters.
You will be able to do some kind of exercise and thus you will live every second of your life with great enthusiasm and harmony. It is important that you have defined the daily objectives that you will accomplish each morning, so you will stay focused with clear accounts and the determination that you will achieve success during the new day ahead.
2. Healthy eating. The changes you will experience will require you to have a lot of energy, so it is very important and necessary to change your diet, in this way your body will be working at the same rate as you do all your tasks.
First of all, you must leave excess fat, carbohydrates, sweets, cigarettes and any alcoholic beverage, it is very important to add foods high in protein, vegetables and fiber to your diet.
Sport during the process you will like to tone your body and keep it in constant movement and thus enjoy a free mind and change your life completely. You can do any other type of activity, but just as important as meditation, yoga or tai chi.
Clean your spaces: week 2
3. Set what surrounds you. Get rid of all the things that you don’t use, and that have been in the same place for years and are full of dust. Check the entire closet, corners, tables, under the bed, everywhere. Make room for everything new to change your life, and throw out the old.
4. Look at everything you have in your house and that occupies a space, all this takes part of your energy. The truth is that it is not worth paying attention to all these things, as well as your thoughts to which you are directing all your energy, the same happens with your house.
5. Evaluate homework. Have you ever wondered what have you wanted to do something for a long time? For example, studying English, exercising, traveling to an unknown country. It may be that you have left many things for later and it is really unfair to you. You have two options: remove them from your list or make them happen.
6. You will have to clean up your relationship. It is true that there are toxic relationships, which are led by a type of person who makes you feel bad energy or people who complain about you, regrets and even criticism. And what you want is to move forward, you must put aside that relationship, since it does not add anything positive to your life.
Plan to make your dreams come true: week 3
7. Work for your dream. It is important that you put each of your plans and dreams on paper. And now you will have to detect what emotions that list generates in you. If what you feel is happiness, then it is time to start working for your dreams and make them come true, since dreams do not come true, they work.
8. Make a list of the impossible. This will be a very good exercise. By writing a list of all your dreams that you think will not come true, no matter how old you are. Imagine that it is yours and it is at your feet: you have good relationships, you have money, you really want to, you have talent, it is true that it will no longer be impossible. In less than you think this list will be completely fulfilled and you will realize that what seemed impossible became possible, just open your mind for this to happen.
9. A daily plan. If you let your daily agenda increase, your productivity will be greater and you will organize your time very well. It is important that you compare it with your life plan and you will realize if you are on the best path.
Expand your borders: week 4
10. Giant changes. Give yourself time to have a coffee, practice some sport, exercise, fall in love and do what you have never done before. While you’re going about your normal day, do you think what I can do differently? It is important to try new things daily and thus break the routine.
11. Always avoid the comfort zone. We mentioned it earlier. What we invite you is to go further, face your fears. For example, are you afraid of swimming in the sea? You must try to grab courage and overcome it, many times radical methods can benefit you to improve yourself, always taking into account that your life is not in danger.
12. Rest. You must rest 8 hours a day at least. Even if you are away from home, it is essential that you do it, in case it gets complicated, look for a place where you can fall asleep and thus recover the energy invested. I assure you that in the end you will exceed your expectations if you follow our instructions daily.
