How to clean energy through a bath with herbs?

If you have a bathtub at home, you can make an immersion bath with herbs. Before you bathe, prepare a concentrated infusion of the herb of your choice. Fill the tub with water at the temperature that is most comfortable for you and dissolve the infusion in it.

To enhance the effect of the ritual, in addition to the infusion, place quartz crystals in one of the corners of the tub (where it does not hurt the feet or other areas of the body) and immerse yourself in the water while keeping the intention of that in mind. ritually and symbolically you let the water eliminate those negative energies that you want to get rid of.

Once the bath is finished, remove the quartz, clean it with running water and save it for another occasion. If you don’t have quartz or crystals, you can add a little sea or Himalayan salt to your bath.

In case you don’t have a tub and your bath should be in the shower, it is also possible to use herbs. Also you need to prepare an infusion of the herb you chose and use it to rinse your body before your normal bath in the shower.

You can use a gourd to gradually empty water all over your body, from your head to your feet, while you concentrate on your intention and visualize how the water takes all the bad energy with it.

Another way you can perform a herbal bath if you don’t have a bathtub is by place the plants in a natural cloth bag and tie it to the mouth of the shower, so that the water will pass through the herbs before reaching you.
